You acknowledge that the Service is an AI-driven tool and that all output is generated based on probabilistic models. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the real-time availability, pricing, or suitability of any suggestion.

3. User Accounts and Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Go-Via offers both free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to pay the fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally not provided for partial months of service.

5. AI Output and Disclaimer

No Reliance: The itineraries and travel advice generated by Go-Via are for informational purposes only. You should independently verify all information, including but not limited to visa requirements, health advisories, opening hours, and pricing, before making any travel arrangements.

Limitation of Liability: Go-Via shall not be liable for any missed flights, booking cancellations, closure of attractions, or any other loss or damage incurred as a result of reliance on the information provided by the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Go-Via and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
